Company Owner and Certified Professional Inspector- Terry Franks
Terry Franks, LLC Home Inspections is owned and operated by Terry Franks, an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with a 45-year reputation for work and service in the Central Georgia area. Terry has been working as a home inspector since 2007 and is officially licensed in the industry, completing about 300 comprehensive inspections a year throughout his career.
Personable and friendly, he uses his impressive amount of experience and knowledge to put his clients’ minds at ease throughout the inspection, buying, or construction process. When he isn’t out inspecting homes, Terry enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren and wife of over 40 years, traveling, golfing, and attending church.

Terry has been in and around the building industry since 1985 and is eager to use everything he knows to help those building and moving into new homes of their own. He worked as a Certified Master Builder for 15 years and has built over 200 homes in the central Georgia area. When it comes to home building, Terry has seen it all and is available to answer questions during the building process, during the inspection, and well after his client has moved into the home. You won’t find this level of experience anywhere else!
Home Inspector – Mark Balltzglier
Home inspector Mark Balltzglier works alongside Terry at Terry Franks, LLC Home Inspections. After working for several years in HVAC installation, Mark decided to apply his knowledge to a career in home inspection and trained directly underneath Terry. He is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) who prides himself on focusing on his clients’ best interests throughout the entirety of the inspection. Mark has been married for 14 years and enjoys spending time with his three children.
